Terms of Service

By using ClawShip, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

ClawShip provides automated deployment and management services for AI assistants (OpenClaw instances). We provision and manage cloud infrastructure (Virtual Private Servers) on your behalf to host these services.

2. Subscription & Payments

ClawShip operates on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

3. No Refund Policy

Important: When you purchase a subscription or deploy a bot, we immediately provision and pay for a dedicated Virtual Private Server (VPS) and other cloud resources specifically for your account for the entire billing period.

Because these third-party infrastructure costs are incurred by us instantly and are non-refundable to us:

  • We do not offer refunds for any partial subscription periods.
  • We do not offer refunds for "change of mind".
  • All sales are final for the current billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Your service will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The API keys you provide (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).
  • The content generated by your AI assistants.
  • Ensuring your use of the service complies with the terms of service of your LLM providers and chat platforms (Telegram/Discord).
